  • Discover this charming family villa, ideally located just 15 minutes from the stunning beaches of Marseillan. The perfect setting to soak up the southern sunshine, unwind with family or friends, and explore the many treasures of the region.

    Fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed fiber internet, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option to host up to 8 thanks to an additional double mattress provided.

    For your peace of mind, a security camera is positioned at the entrance facing the parking area (it can be deactivated upon request). Two additional exterior cameras will be switched off during your stay to ensure complete privacy.

    On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious and light-filled living area featuring a lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more). A master suite with a private shower room, a double bed, a laundry area, and a separate toilet completes this level. A baby cot can be provided on request.

    Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (plus an additional double mattress if needed), a children’s bedroom with two single beds, and a second independent toilet.

    Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighborhood—ideal for relaxing holidays. You will enjoy a private swimming pool with no overlooking neighbors, a summer kitchen, a pétanque court, and a fire pit for warm summer evenings.

    Two private parking spaces and two adult bicycles are also available, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

    Ideally located, the villa is a perfect base for discovering the region’s highlights: sandy beaches, scenic walks, hiking trails, and charming nearby villages such as Marseillan, Mèze, Sète, and the beautiful Thau Lagoon.

    Nature lovers will particularly appreciate the extensive cycling paths, lakeside walks around the Thau Lagoon, and excursions to the authentic Mediterranean coastal villages.

Bonjour,Othman notre hôte a été remarquable - à l’écoute et réactif dès que nous avions besoin. La maison était vraiment très agréable pour 4 adultes (dont 2 personnes d’un âge avancé) Chaque couple son étage ! Nous avons remarqué en arrivant la propreté de la maison, et le soin apporté dans chaque pièce pour notre confort ainsi que toutes les petites attentions que nos hôtes nous avaient préparé pour démarrer agréablement notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser la voiture devant le portail de la maison - la climatisation (douce)car intégrée à la maison - la qualité du couchage - le linge de maison - la petite piscine sans vis à vis pour le café du matin avant de partir à la plage. Même si nous pouvions être gêné parfois par la circulation de la route. Mais rien d’insupportable. Il nous a manqué l’aménagement de la cuisine d’été pour pouvoir préparer et apprécier pleinement les repas à l’extérieur. Le brasero doit être formidable hors saison chaude. L’ emplacement de cette maison est vraiment idéal pour visiter la région et passer de très bonnes vacances. Nous garderons aussi un très bon souvenir pour la qualité des produits du petit marché et du restaurant Belavie à même pas 300m de la maison. De la boulangerie en face du Super U qui fait du bon pain et de très bonnes glaces artisanales. Nous remercions avant tout ces Hôtes remarquables ! Flo
