This fantastic apartment is located in Port de Pollença, one of the most sought after tourist areas for its family and quiet atmosphere.

The accommodation is decorated in a Mediterranean style and has everything you need to spend a fantastic vacation close to the beach. But without a doubt, the most impressive thing about 'Toni A' is the location with views of the beach. In the terrace, you can enjoy the good climate of the island, and access the sandy beach located just a few meters.

Port de Pollença is one of the most attractive areas in the north of Mallorca, as it combines all the amenities of a coastal area (beach, restaurants, pubs ...) with the tranquility of a residential area by the sea. It is ideal to enjoy the terraces watching the sunset or relax walking along the promenade next to the beach. It is also very close to beautiful coves such as Formentor or Cala de Sant Vicenç. On the other hand, it is only 7 minutes by car from the wonderful town of Pollença and only 10 minutes from Alcúdia or the Port of Alcúdia.

Air conditioning:

- As for the air conditioning system, the accommodation does not have air conditioning units and you will find a portable fan in each room for the hottest days. For the coldest months, the house has electric radiators in the rooms.
