With a private swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with ladder), and partly lawned garden bordered by high hedges and plum, pear, orange and lemon trees, it offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful, rural location, yet within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace, as well a BBQ area, whilst inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. There are good views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace.
