Nice big place
We liked the property generally, the house is very big. There are all kinds of things hidden in different drawers here, there and everywhere, things that i guess different people have left over the years. Garden was nice, pool was a bit small but very nice, and warm. We had a few issues and Joan (?) was really helpful and attentive every time.
My main problem though is the roof - the wooden aspect of it makes loud noises in the night after it contracts after a long day expanding nominally in the August heat. I know about construction, and this is due to bad design when it was built. It kept me awake as it made what actually were loud bangs in the night. Okay if you are a heavy sleeper but i am not!
We would be interested in another villa next year, but something with more character, similar size, ideally closer to the beach and Puerto Pollensa, please let us know what you have available!
Oh, and air con in the main bedroom was very difficult to work out, we couldn't get it low enough and it was a different model to the rest, and we couldn't find the manual.
