Villa CIUTADA 3 bedroom , with swimming pool and barbecue Pollensa

Villa Ciutada is a charming villa located just 2 km from Pollensa, in a very peaceful area, perfect for those seeking privacy and tranquillity, while still being close to all services. With capacity for 5 people, the villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, located in the main bedroom, and the other shared by the other two rooms, which makes it ideal for families.

The interior of the villa features a cosy living room with a dining area, a perfect space to relax after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals, and easily connects with the rest of the house, providing a comfortable and functional environment.

On the exterior, the villa offers a shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The dining table is ideal for gathering all guests while enjoying the surrounding nature. You will also find a barbecue for grilling and a private pool, where you can relax under the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim. This space is ideal for spending quality time with family or friends.

The villa is located just 10 minutes by car from the spectacular Pollensa beach, allowing you to combine the tranquillity of the countryside with quick access to the beautiful beaches in the area. Villa Ciutada meets all the conditions for a relaxing and fun holiday, offering you both a private setting and proximity to the vibrant life of Pollensa and its surroundings.



Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am in bedrooms and living room. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
