"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, but housekeeping did forget to replenish some of the in‑room products. Once I called the front desk, they restocked everything without an issue. One thing to note is that the complimentary water bottles provided at check‑in are not replenished —you’ll need to purchase any additional water or drinks. The breakfast was tasty, though it’s the same selection every day. The bar and restaurant served great food as well, but the service can feel a bit overwhelmed when there are large groups, which slows things down. The pool is beautiful, and the rest of the hotel is consistently clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful! Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was very enjoyable."

"We were a family of four and picked the superior chalet. It was roomy, with two bathrooms, and super clean and comfy. Being close to Rome’s center, we spent a day exploring, and the kids loved the pool afterward. The restaurant on-site was great and had tasty food and drinks with pleasant hosts and waiters. I’d definitely recommend it. The site had a laundry room with washers and dryers for 6 euro and a little store with necessities, snacks and drinks for purchase."

"Very nice place. To my surprise there is a very nice chapel available to spent time in prayer and meditation. The staff is very friendly and helful. Kudos to Kenneth that was a life saver loaning me an European phone charger and finding a taxi during the 24-hour Strike in Rome. Breakfast is pretty good but the smile and energy of Giovanni were the best. I definitely will stay again. Coffee is excellent. 10/10"

"Title: Giada shines, but the shower is a spaceship coffin Aurelia Vatican Apts delivers on the basics: the room was clean, if a bit plain. No frills, but no complaints there. The real downer? The shower—a tiny capsule that could barely contain me. Stepping in felt like climbing into a cryosleep pod on a spaceship. Claustrophobic and awkward. Location-wise, it’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which sounds peaceful, but be warned: it’s a wee isolated. You’ll walk a bit for restaurants or metro access. Fine if you like calm, less fine if you want Rome’s pulse at your doorstep. Then there’s Giada, the front desk manager. She arrived shortly after we did, and thank goodness. Bubbly, warm, and immediately likable. She looks a bit like Anna Wintour minus the glasses—sharp, stylish, but genuinely kind. She snagged us Coliseum tickets for that same day (miracle). Vatican Museums were long sold out—no fault of hers. She offered to stash our luggage once the room was ready and mapped out a brilliant two-day itinerary tailored to what we actually wanted to see. She was hands-down the best part of the hotel. We also appreciated the shared kitchen. Fully stocked and orderly with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. If you’re a smaller person who doesn’t mind a quiet, slightly remote base and values exceptional service over luxury, this place works. But if you’re over 175lbs or need a proper shower, brace yourself. Giada makes it bearable; the bathroom almost doesn’t."
