"What a perfectly appointed home in the country! A little gem tucked away in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country. This home was clean, comfortable and had everything a family could need. An open floor plan made our family reunion perfect. The back deck was perfect for stargazing at night. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again."

"The house is fully stocked with everything you may need. We spent a ton of time on the porch/deck areas. The fire pit area is by the side of the driveway and could use some replacing of the pit ring. The driveway was at a scary incline but after going in and out a few times you get used to it. But saying that if you plan to use the dock at the bottom it’s easiest to drive your car down. We did not have any issues with the house there was plenty of room for 2 families of 4. It was a great place to unwind after long days at the lake. We also rented a boat for a few days and had no issues docking at the dock at the bottom."

"The property was amazing! Extremely clean, all necessities provided, and peaceful! The location is prime to so much around the lake. Our two little girls were sad to have to head home (as were we), so we will for sure be asking to rent again in the future! Thank you for allowing us to have the best weekend away with a comfortable “home” to stay in :)-The Kolo family"

"Clean and well maintained, for the most part. There was a little concern over the porch railing, but we weren’t raucous or anything- all adults, but that should probably be looked at. Also, the screen door on the sliding door didn’t operate, but we did alright without it. There is no bathroom upstairs, so the folks that stayed in that room had to walk to the main floor or the basement to use the bathroom. They had “load and run the dishwasher” on the list of things to do before we left, but there was no dishwasher. But, we just did the dishes by hand. The property is on septic, so the water pressure isn’t what I’m used to- I love a fire hose shower. And the floor of the shower was really slippery when soaping up. Just be aware. All of these things are just a heads-up, but not anything big. Overall, the house was clean, spacious and the hot tub was clean and comfortable for 4 people. We played games in the basement area, and the WiFi was good. The view was spectacular, and the elevated deck was more than enough room for our 6 adults. We spent most of our time out there. We were in town for a concert at the Point of the Bluff Vineyard, which is conveniently located right up the road from this rental. It was secluded and quiet, and had more than enough space for all of us. It was located close enough to Hammondsport to make that ride easily, and we did a lot of exploring. We had a wonderful visit and recommend this property if you need some room for your group. Very good"
