Meticulously maintained throughout, featuring a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen which both stay true to the coastal theme, the home offers versatile accommodation suitable for family and many friends. Spend your holiday at the beach or stroll along the promenade to the cafes and shops. Surf beaches, Bellarine Rail Trail, Gold Course, Restaurants and Wineries are all at your doorstep.

Accommodation, living and entertaining are spread over three levels, complete with a “Captain’s Cabin” enjoying a view of Point Nepean, The Rip and beyond.

The property features a north facing orchard, sun catching courtyard, plus parking for a boat and cars.
