"A "resort" without the corresponding facilities seems was an odd experience. There was a time when the word Resort meant you were stepping into a beautiful place built on a large area with beautiful gardens, pools, spa, gym, massage and beauty therapies, restaurants and bars. This is not the case at Lowanna "resort". The studio room is small and pokey. Certainly not worth the rate per night. The windows open, which would be great however there are no screens to stop insects, mosquitoes entering the room. To have parking you must "upgrade" something else that a "resort" would not have as its policy.If you do not upgrade you park on the street. The rooms are not serviced daily nor are you offered fresh towels. This is not mentioned in the property description or at check in. There is a shopping centre behind the "resort""

"Excellent hotel and clean "

"A great location for a few nights away with our “fur baby.” Plenty of areas to sit and relax with generous supplies of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, sparkling water, coffee and milk. We were most appreciative of the airconditioner upstairs and downstairs as it was very hot and humid during our stay. Communication with the property. Manager was excellent. "

"The room was poorly furnished, there were no dining or coffee tables. only uncomfortable metal stools at the kitchen bench, no where to put your phone/laptop or coffee while watching TV. The TV was in an odd position so you had to sit sideways on the couch. The internet was terrible."

"The house was perfect in everyway.The kitchen was very well equipped from cutlery to an airfryer, sandwich maker...etc etc and a fabulous fridge!The location of the house is great, so close to the dog beach for our dog and for us to walk along as well as the promenade. We definitely recommend this home."
