「Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. 「The room was clean and comfy the only complaint i have was the temperature of the radiators being lukewarm, not suitable for the cold climate, there was a electric fan but it took all day to warm the room . Some staff were courteous some just ignore you. The amenities were not good, it had a restaurant on the ground floor open to anyone . The food was amazing and reasonably priced. 「For one night stay it was good. We had a room with a great view. However our stay was booked for 5 nights so we were very disappointed to find on arrival that there was a mix up with Expedia and we didn’t have a booking. We were subsequently moved to another hotel nearby.」

「Das Hotel ist sehr alt . Die Betten sind sehr schmal, vor allem das Doppelbett mit 140cm Breite. Der Spa Bereich ist viel zu klein und alt. Das Personal ist gut ind auch die Reinigungskräfte. Die Toilette hat keine gute Lüftung sodass das ganze Zimmer stinkt.」

「We stayed in Kama Lama for 4 nights and had the best time. The room was modern and smelt lovely. There was a shared kitchen and dining area that was super useful. We washed our own dishes but some guests did leave their dishes which we felt was lazy! We would highly recommend staying here. Maria was also hear at replying to our queries via WhatsApp. Thanks again 」
