The staff was not friendly at all. There was nobody to ask help for in the breakfast area. The worst of all was the condition of the facility. They had the worst elevator I've been on. It was all shaking and I felt like we could crash at any minute.

Rooms were comfortable and hotel was in a great location. Staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was good. Safes in both of our rooms did not work and took days to fix. The towel drying rack in one room leaked and did not get fixed during our stay. The hot water went out one evening but they were able to fix it.

La chambre est confortable et propre. L’hotel est bien situé mais Podgorica est une petite ville de toutes façons! Le personnel de la réception est très sympa mais le gardien du parking est vraiment desagreable...

A very comfortable stay

The hotel and staff were very nice. I arrived early and so that gave me my room early without an additional fee. The same when I was leaving - my flight was not until late in the evening, and they let me stay in my room an extra few hours without any additional charge. The elevator was not working properly, and so I guess that I came at a time when it needed servicing. The breakfast options were similarly very good. Something for everyone. :) Podgorica is relatively small, and so I had no problem walking to where I needed to go - a maximum nice 20 minute stroll. When and if I return to Podgorica, I will definitely try to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Podgorica

I really enjoyed the Best Western Premier Montenegro. The room was fantastic. It was very large with a nice view. Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also like the local area. It's close to restaurants and a short walk to old town.
