Views were stunning….staff were very friendly, food was great… found things a little crowded around the pool but really wasn’t a problem. Wish we had some tunes around the pool and this was a request from the others we spoke too.

The food was incredible for a buffet I was very impressed. Get the room with the swim up pool it’s the most amazing experience.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff. However, the property is not accessible without many stairs. Also the meal times were limited for an all inclusive especially for individuals who are not early risers on vacation. Lastly this property is almost 2 hours from the airport which makes commuting back to the city area and airport very expensive. The Beach is beautiful and once again the staff members were amazing.

Un très bel hôtel confortable (suite junior vue sur mer). Les repas sont variés et bons. La plage de petits galets est magnifique. Les transats sont payants sur la plage. Parking payant mais indispensable. Le personnel accueillant.

Das Hotel ist einfach klasse. Die Anlage ist wirklich nicht zu groß, das Essen, der Pool und der Strand runden das Ganze ab. Alles tolle Spots zum entspannen und wohlfühlen. Ausflüge zu tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch wirklich gut organisiert. Hier passt einfach alles, bisher das beste Hotel, indem wir untergekommen sind.

Lovely room with amazing sea views. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Far too many steps for us. From our room there were steps to the bar, Reception, restaurants, pool and beach. We knew there were steps but not quite so many! The beach was beautiful and sun loungers and umbrellas available at a small additional cost. Take beach shoes as a pebble beach. Facilities in room were good however we didn't like the glass door on bathroom which didn't open and close very well. Entertainment was poor. Food choices at buffet reasonable but repetitive. Overall a good hotel but we wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The resort has probably some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met! Everyone was genuinely happy and keen to help with anything we needed. The beach was beautiful although it had an extra charge per day. The only thing I’d say, is that the main building needs some maintenance; the gym was disappointing and parking can be tricky.

Clean room, friendly staff,nice beach view, Way to beach has lots of steps and difficult coming up for older or disable person. Galaxy outside room dirty due to bird nests, which is natural.

Stayed for 10 nights and had an amazing stay overall. The hotel was spotless, the staff were fantastic, and the views were absolutely incredible. The restaurant was also really good with plenty of variety to choose from, although it was disappointing that the Cullinarium wasn’t open during our stay. The only other downside was that I booked the celebration package for my partner’s birthday, which was meant to include balloons and banners, but unfortunately these weren’t provided. Aside from that, we had a lovely experience and really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend the hotel

We stayed 10 nights before the hotel closed for the winter, the hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant always fresh and hot, tasty, and something for everyone

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, leider störten beim Schlafen die Klimaanlage und der Straßenlärm. Personal war freundlich, grüßen war aber nicht so angesagt, erst als wir als Gäste grüßten, wurde gedankt. Der Hotelstrand ist absolut unansehnlich. Riesige Steine, inmitten die Liegen, die man durch die Steine nicht verschieben konnte. Links und rechts vom Hotelstrand war es einfach traumhaft. Die von Expedia versprochene Flasche Wein haben wir auch auf Nachfrage nicht bekommen, auch gab es kein Upgrade. Begrüßungsgetränk fehlte auch.

This was a wonderful hotel with excellent amenities. Amazing staff and service. The room was amazing with the walk out infinity pool. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer at this property. We are definitely coming back.
