The home is complete with 3 bedrooms, 1 down and two located upstairs, one even has a balcony to sip your morning coffee and look out into the wooded wilderness. Arrowhead Lake is a private gated Gold star rated community that boasts many recreational amenities and a visitor-friendly attitude. It was once nominated by the "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine as one of the best up-and-coming vacation spots. Arrowhead Lake is actually made of 2 lakes: the main Arrowhead Lake which covers 0.4 square miles, and the smaller North Arrowhead Lake.

The lake is very popular for its fishing: trout fishing contests take place until fall, and a limited amount of ice fishing occurs in winter. Lake Arrowhead is managed as a catch and release lake, except for the trout species. People who are not into fishing can enjoy swimming and boating, as there are boat rentals available on both lakes. It is worth noting, no gasoline-powered boats are allowed on either one of the two lakes.

Arrowhead community requires all renters to purchase a gate pass for $15 per vehicle. Amenity bands are mandatory (for individuals age 12 and over) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. $8 per day, $40 per week $100per month. Transaction fee is $20.
Off season amenity bands are required $2 per day per person 12 and over. 72 hour notice is required for reservations or late fees are assessed. Late fee is $25.


Fees
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 12 and over.
In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, $100 per month (1-6 months)
Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $2 per person per day
Annual: $240 (6-12 month lease required)
One gate card will be included with each registration.
All subsequent vehicles will be charged $15 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: $20
$10 for registration and payment made 5 or more days prior to arrival.
Late Processing Fee: $25 for payment received less than 3 days prior to arrival.
