「The staff on duty were wonderful」

「We arrived wet and tired and just wanted to get to our room. I previously called and said it would be a late check in. It wasn’t that late, 7:30 pm on a Saturday. We were given our room and opened the door but before we take a step inside we are stopped by staff and told the room is being used by someone else (it didn’t look like it). I specifically picked a king sized bed. We were “upgraded” to a room with two “queen” beds but they were full beds and we had to squish into the bed if we wanted...

「The property is a clean budget hotel. The rooms are large and the bathroom recently remodel. Location is right in the middle of town. Good value for chincoteague」

「コロナ禍とオフシーズンのためか、朝食およびベッドメイクはありませんでした。 食事は、部屋に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるので、10分ほど歩くスーパーで買い出ししてすごしました。 タオルやアメニティ、コーヒーなどは、フロントに電話しておくと、ビニールに入れて部屋前に置いておいてくれました。 設備は年季が入っていますが、シャワーのお湯はしっかりと出て使いやすかったです。 ネットは到着時は利用できませんでしたが、フロントに電話すると復旧してもらえました。 サービスは期待しない、やってもらいたいことはフロントに電話すれば可能な範囲で対応してもらえる、ということで、日本の安宿で素泊まりしたような状況でした。 オフピークで値段も安かったので、値段相応だと感じました。 朝食やサービスを期待する人には向きませんが、安くシンプルに宿泊したい人には良いホテルだと思います。」
