Time to relax this summer in our cozy cottage! Enjoy the screened porch and take a short walk to our private shared sandy beach on crystal clear Newfound Lake. Our beach enjoys the beautiful sunsets. You can also enjoy our horseshoe pit. Take advantage of the hiking trails close by. New queen bed for comfortable sleeping and new shower! We now have wifi!

Cute little property in close proximity to the Kamcamagus Highway
Cute little property in close proximity to the Kamcamagus Highway but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns. The owner/manager Denise was great at communicating and check in was exactly as described. We would consider staying here again if in the area.

Perfect!
My husband and I were attending a wedding at Newfound Lake Inn. Only a half a mile away, we could not have been happier with this cute cottage. It was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I usually hate what the shower water does to my hair. But this was my favorite thing about staying here. lol I am looking forward to coming back! Thank you Denise!

Wedding weekend
Our weekend stay at the cottage was perfect. We were there to attend our friend’s wedding. The cottage was clean & close to the venue! The lake was just a short walk, and the views at the lake was amazing & peaceful. I would definitely stay there again!

Exactly as promised, the cottage was clean and a perfect place for a weekend NH getaway. Owner was very thoughtful, called afterward to let me know I'd left a pair of sunglasses, offered to rendezvous with me hours after I'd left. Highly recommend

Charming cottage
Cottage was cute and cozy, plenty big enough for me and my three children. Having the large grassy area was perfect for my toddler. The walk to the lake was short with some nice views of the lake! We will definitely be back!!

place to sleep
like I said, it was a place to sleep, I wanted the building right on the water., but the advertising didn't tell us we had to walk a distance to the lake. we went to the swimming spot, lady told us to leave, our spot was over there somewhere. that was the only time we went to the water.

Nostalgic cabin
The cabin was very clean, good location. Close to many nice restaurants and convenience stores. The lake was beautiful as always. Just wish the weather was a little better.
