「The property is in a fantastic location with a ton of energy, interesting places to visit and terrific food of all kinds nearby, including on the top of the building. The staff are super helpful, communicate well, and available at a moment’s notice - truly the best feature of the property. The unit itself, however, left a lot to be desired. 「Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate.
