One consideration is that it would have been good to know beforehand that we needed to bring our own user name and password to access the Youtube TV and Netflix. "The property definitely did not meet up to the representation on the VRBO website.We are a family who has been returning to Graeagle for over 70 years. And have rented many homes in that area. The house was filthy. The deck was filled with cobwebs, Pineneedles and broken decking. The bathrooms were filthy. The master bathroom shower was full of mold, mushrooms growing out of the woodwork. All of the kitchen cookware we tried to use, had never been washed before being put away. Filled with grease. I spent an entire day washing cookware in the kitchen. Getting ready for family.. None of the carpets had been vacuumed.Unable to use the barbecue due to how dirty it was. Response from the owner was a discount for future rentals. Not acceptable. Especially at nearly 1000 per day. The garage was filled with trash and no available garbage container for us to place our outgoing garbage. We left the home a day early. It was not a comfortable atmosphere to stay. "
