Enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay of Koréjou, admire the landscape at high tide from the terrace and access a magnificent sandy beach from the house. The GR34 and the nautical club are also within walking distance.

THE HOUSE:
This 1200m² property, facing the ocean, has many assets.
Enjoy the sea view from all rooms! Enjoy meals inside and outside thanks to the large terrace overlooking the bay and enjoy the sun sheltered from the winds thanks to the spaces in the garden. The house has a large garage to store bicycles and a magnificent landscaped garden on the sea side.

Everything is designed for your comfort: teak garden furniture, sun loungers, Weber barbecue...

The wide choice of leisure equipment will satisfy everyone: badminton, surfing, bodysuit, 2 children's bikes and 3 adult bikes (including 1 with baby carrier), petanque balls, Finnish skittles, beach toys, board games, etc... all this is lent to you free of charge.

Night side: it has 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 beds 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190) and 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed.

THE DISTRICT:
The location is ideal, everything is done on foot or by bike: access to the beach, nautical club, GR 34, restaurant and creperie in the immediate vicinity of the house.
You can buy fish and seafood at Les Viviers du Bassinic (just a 10min walk from the house).
You will find other shops in the village of Plouguerneau (3km away) or that of Lilia (4km).

Cleaning fees €150 (mandatory) and household linen €100 (optional) are to be paid on site at the beginning of the stay.
