Welcome to our charming country house, ideally located in a quiet area near the magnificent Golf des Abers. Perfect for a getaway with family or friends, this home offers a peaceful setting and comfortable amenities for an unforgettable vacation.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with an open kitchen, perfect for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your culinary needs during your stay. In addition, a bathroom and a toilet are also available at the same level for your comfort.

Upstairs, you will discover two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 double bed, offering optimal comfort for a restful rest. The second bedroom has a 140x190 double bed as well as a single bed, ideal for accommodating family members or additional friends.

Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy the mild summer evenings around a meal in the open air or simply to relax while admiring the view of the green garden. The large garden is perfect for outdoor games and even has a swing for the youngest to enjoy.

The house is ideally located for golf lovers, with the Golf des Abers in the immediate vicinity. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 is accessible 1 km from the house. And for those who prefer the beach and water and water activities, the nearest beaches are located about 5 km from the house.
