Petit coin de paradis entre le Lac et la montagne

Petite maison en pierre très cosy, la vue sur le lac de Côme est magnifique. Idéal pour un compromis entre bords du lac (très agréable mais aussi très fréquenté) et nature/montagne (accès direct GR). Bien noter la nécessité d'un véhicule idéalement 4x4 pour accéder à la dernière portion de route (même si notre petite voiture est parvenue à monter sur les bons conseils du propriétaire)

Fantastische Lage mit großartigem Ausblick. Anfahrt nicht ganz einfach...

Wir waren im Hochsommer 2020 für 2 Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Häuschen hoch über dem Comer See. Das betreuende Ehepaar (die Eltern des Eigentümers) hat sich hervorragend und freundlich um uns gekümmert und bei der ersten Auffahrt zum Haus begleitet. Die Lage ist wirklich grandios und wir haben den wunderbaren Blick auf Berge und See sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist vollständig und vollkommmen angemessen, eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort erneuert. Sat-Fernsehen (auch deutsche Programme) und Internet (im Mittel ca. 3 Mbit/s, also genug für YouTube und Nachrichten, nicht für HD-Streaming) problemlos, allerdings nicht mehr bei starkem Regen... Die Terrassen und Wiesen um das Haus erlaubten jederzeit, einen sonnigen oder schattigen Platz zu finden. Man muss sich allerdings bewusst sein, daß jede Fahrt "ins Tal" (zum Einkaufen, zum Baden...) eine halbe Stunde (eine Strecke) braucht ! In Breglia (10 Minuten mit dem Auto talwärts) gibt es mit der 'Albergo Breglia' allerdings ein sehr lohnendes Restaurant. Vorsicht mit der Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ! Man braucht schon ein allradgetriebenes Fahrzeug oder etwas Mut für die letzten 200 Meter..ziemlich steil und nur mit "richtig Schwung" mit einem normalen PKW zu schaffen ! Die Parkmöglichkeiten unterhalb oder oberhalb des Hauses sind mit ordentlich Fußmarsch verbunden. Wir haben uns allerdings sehr wohl gefühlt und auch genossen, daß bei sommerheissem Wetter im Tal (33°) dort oben dann 'nur' 24-25 ° waren.

Séjour de deux semaines très agréable.

Vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Côme, et point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses randonnées en montagne. Accès en voiture un peu difficile.

Das Haus ist innen eher klein ...

Das Haus ist innen eher klein und dunkel, hat aber eine sehr schöne Außenanlage, große Terrasse mit tollem Seeblick. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Trotz Wanderweg und Nachbarn ruhig, und wegen der Entfernung zum See eher für Erwachsene als für Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Sehr schön gelegen, schöner Bl...

Sehr schön gelegen, schöner Blick auf den Comer See. Die Ruhe pur! Für erfahrende Autofahrer, da der Weg zum Haus mit ziemlichen engen steil ansteigende Kurven versehen ist. Mit VW Caddy (long Version) haben wir es auch geschafft. Reisetipps: Menaggio, Bootsfahrt nach Bellaggio (sehr viel Tourismus), Como! Der Weg von Menaggio nach Como ist sehr sehenswert, auch mal Halt machen in den kleineren Orten. Auch gut zum Rennradfahren, schöne Straße und Strecke. Lugano (CH) Refugium Menaggio schöne Bergwanderstrecke.

Schöner als auf den abgebildet!!!

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem Häuschen verbracht und schon gleich beim "Einchecken" einen superlustigen Austausch mit unseren supersympatischen Vermietern gehabt. Mit italienisch/deutsch-spanischem Kauderwelsch, Händen und Füßen haben wir uns prächtig verständigt. Der Standort des Hauses ist in einer echten Traumlage. Die Aussicht ist noch viel schöner, als das auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Vor dem Haus und auf der Terasse ist genügend Platz, um Liegen aufzustellen, Yoga zu machen oder sonst was. Wir haben sogar eine Hängemattte aufgehängt, von der man im Liegen den See und die umliegende Landschaft genießen konnte. Der letzte Straßenabschnitt zum Haus ist leider nur für geländegängige Fahrzeuge geeiget, also mit eher tiefliegenden Autos entweder 5 min zu Fuß bergauf, oder oben am Wanderparkplatz parken und dann 7 min bergab laufen. Da das Wetter bei unserer Ankunft kühl und regnerisch war, konnten wir den Kamin benutzen und es uns davor schön gemütlich machen.... leider ist das Sofa für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich und viel zu kurz. Da lob ich mir die Recamierenin den bayerischen Hütten. Worauf wir uns besonders freuten, waren die Eidechsen, die einem die Insekten vom Hals halten, der Hase, der uns jeden Abend besuchte, wenn wir schön leise waren. Einmal Nachts haben wir sogar Wildschweinbesuch im Garten, aber die hatten vor dem Menschen mehr Angst, als wir vor ihnen. Was mich besonders freute, war, dass die Wiese schon etwas nachgewachsen war. Leider greift inzwischen auch in Italien die krankhafte Sichtweise um sich, dass alles kurzgeschoren und steril aussehen muss. Die Bienen, Insekten, Rehe,Hasen und andere Kleintiere haben das Nachsehen. Das Haus war blitzsauber. Der Wanderweg zum Rifugio geht am Grundstück ein Stückchen entlang und so hatten wir die Gelegenheit, 2x eine Gruppe von Wanderern auf unsere Terasse zum Essen einzuladen. Somit blieb der vorhandene, funktionierende Fernseher völlig ungenutzt. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir ausgesprochen zufrieden und werden sicher wieder mal einchecken in diesem kleinen sympathischen Häuschen. .

Endroit magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette charmante maison sur les hauteurs de Breglia avec une vue panoramique sur le lac. Un très grand merci à Marta et Alphonso pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs bons conseils. Maison isolée et calme, proche de la forêt : lièvres, cerfs, lézards verts ........une nature riche et à deux pas du jardin! A pieds, un point de départ idéal pour les randonnées. Menaggio, à 10 kms, est un village agréable, à découvrir différemment grâce à la balade historique proposée par l'office du tourisme. Ferry et bateaux permettent de découvrir tous les villages alentours. Coup de cœur pour la ville de Bergame! Maison très propre et bien équipée, belle terrasse agréable. Une très bonne adresse : le restaurant Albergo Breglia, à 10 min!
