"This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in!
The staff go above and beyond,
The amenities are amazing, I like that they have the transportation desk to hire a car and driver, on-site wellness spa (great massage) a seperate bar that do great cocktails, a tour desk and so much more.
The room was superb, big and spacious with comfy beads and quality toiletries.
But the star of the show would be the breakfast buffet, that is something else! So much choice and delicious food, the girls on the egg and soup station were so helpful in regards to my allergy.
I miss this hotel already!"
"Beautiful and luxurious hotel with an A+ staff.
Room is cleaned every day unless I ask to skip (with a button near the door) but they will come by later for a rescheduling. This way they can restock the free complimentary water and food/fruits.
Pool is very nice, breakfast buffet is from 6am to 10am and I do recommend getting it as part of your room - wide selection and most of its pretty good. There is a national anthem at 10am that does play in public areas of the hotel.
Staff is helpful and professional with the front desk and those at most front facing positions having strong English speaking skills too.
Would go back if I was in Yogya"
"Beautiful hotel. Everything top class. All staff were so helpful and lovely.
A special thank you to Ocha who made us welcome on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay.
Swimming pool, massage and sky restaurant amazing."
"Big clean rooms, great bathroom although the shower seemed to leak and flood the floor.
Beds were a little hard for me.
Good view of the pool, walking distance to lots of cafes and shops, could walk to tourist areas easily
Staff were helpful but a bit easily confused
Food on site isn't great, go out and find food!
The worst part is the lifts, they take ages because there's only two of them for the whole hotel!"
"I booked this stay for my parents and they had a wonderful times. My dad is in wheelchair and my sister forgot to tell the front desk during check in, but was able to get different room with shower access instead of bathtub. That was wonderful that they were able to do that. Overall the staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean. I would definitely recommend staying here."
