Just a few steps from the main beach of Val André, we offer this beautiful renovated apartment, located on the 1st floor of a residence with a lift, parking space and shared bicycle storage.



Designed to accommodate 4 people, you will find an independent fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also there to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a dolce gusto coffee maker will help you start the day well. A washing machine is also available.

In the living room, which gives access to the balcony, you will find the dining area, and the lounge, equipped with a television, and a sofa bed offering accommodation for 2.

The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom consists of a large shower and a washbasin. Finally, an independent toilet completes this property.
