The Space:

The Clydesdale Cottage and Estonian Suite bring together the warm radiance of Clydesdale Cottage and the refined elegance of the Estonian Suite. This harmonious pairing offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with bunk beds, and two queen beds in the suite, along with a sofa bed in the cottage’s living room, two kitchens, and two private bathrooms. Comfortably accommodating up to nine guests, the retreat is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or small groups seeking both privacy and shared connection.



Located within Equestrian House, Clydesdale Cottage offers sunlit charm while the Estonian Suite reflects the quiet sophistication of mountain living. Positioned just steps apart within the estate, these accommodations create the perfect setup for guests who want to stay close while enjoying distinct, beautifully appointed spaces.

Pet Policy:

We love pets at The Equestrian House! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.



Seasonal Amenities:

During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests can enjoy complimentary access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts (bring your own sports equipment), and an outdoor swimming pool shared with other guests unless the entire estate is reserved.



Estate Options:

The Equestrian House offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 36 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
