I often arrive before 4:00 PM and they want me to pay the early check-in fee, even if they have rooms available at that time. I sit in the lobby until 4:00 instead of going to my room, which was available when I arrived.."

I’m an Oakland native and always wondered what the inside of this hotel looks like since it’s basically on the water and I can say I am not disappointed and definitely will be back. "
