Welcome to this charming house located in the heart of Périgord, in a peaceful and relaxing environment, in the heart of nature, just 3 km from the village of Plazac. Fully equipped, it comfortably welcomes up to 5 travellers. Nestled on a vast plot of nearly 20,000 m², it offers a large garden and a beautiful terrace with covered garden seating area, hot tub, table tennis table, barbecue and sun loungers. The ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the region.



The jacuzzi is accessible from 01/05 to 13/09.



Pass through the front door and discover a lovely living space of 30 m² comprising a dining table as well as a lounge area with comfortable sofa and television. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.



The accommodation has two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a sofa, a television and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a single bed (90x200cm) and a wardrobe.



The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate for added comfort.



A travel cot, an adjustable children's chair, board games, outdoor games, fans as well as an ironing board and iron are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park easily in the courtyard of the accommodation.
