Beautiful Oceanfront Villa with sweeping ocean views. Large balcony with fire pit & BBQ. Rooftop terrace with 360 view to mountains and beyond. Mexican hacienda beach house decor with modern appliances. Pool, Jacuzzi and sandy beach area with beach umbrellas and are 15 minutes south of Rosarito, once you cross the border we are about 45 south. We are right next to the sand dunes, which are beachfront, you could bring your own quads etc. or rent there. Many Cyclers and surfing. Plenty Of surf Breaks. Lots of Hole in the wall restaurants as well as sports bars. We are in Primo Tapia, small calm town growing in popularity by its weekly tourism, yet small enough to get away from the big tourist seen, but not far from it. Our Homes are in a gated community with 24 hour security. Perfect for a getaway while being close to local attractions in case you want to enjoy beautiful Rosarito, Wine tasting in Valle de Guadalupe, Go to Puerto Nuevo, famous for their exquisite array of seafood restaurants and 45 min to Ensenada were the famous Ocean Blow Hole could be found. We are sure that you will have a wonderful and unforgettable time. Imagine that you can clearly hear relaxing wave sounds while you enjoying a beautiful sunset in the Ocean Front Jacuzzi, that and more is exactly what you will get with our beachfront house that overlooks the ocean.

Exceeded all expecations!

This property was just perfect! It exceeded all our expecations - booking online can sometimes seem a little scary when you don't know the area very well, but this place was perfect! Walking distance to some shops & taco stands, good beach access & pool/hot tub. The views were incredible and the staff was a dream to work with. They helped set up a tequila tasting for our huge group and it was a total blast. Check in was super easy, the villa was beautiful, everything was gated and super safe - really, really loved it here!

Not a stand alone house!

I thought it was a stand alone home but it's not. It was the 3rd story of a building and very narrow dirty and steep stairs took us up which passed strangers sitting and eating on their balcony. Unit didn't have all things for cooking and needed to be rewashed for sure. Don't leave anything on the balcony because it will be gone!

Baja Beach Best 2019

The place was definitely one of the best stays I ever had. It was clean, Enrique is responsive, food was great, and they make you any meal you ever wanted or ask for! Just let them know in advance. They also had night guards to patrol the area. It's in a gated community which made me feel a lot safer. One thing that could have been a lot better was the cost of the stay. Four days and three nights roughly cost about $3,200 US dollars. I feel like that was a little be outrageous but it was split amongst 14 people so it wasn't so bad after all. I'm sure this pricing had to do with the Baja beach festival weekend.
