It would be nice if the pool chairs were monitored so guests don’t go and reserve them with their towels and then not use them all day. Staff should remove articles reserving lounges after an hour of inactivity. I was only there 4 days and we were able to get lounge chairs around the pool only one day while 3/4 of them remained empty with a book on them or hair clip.

Beautiful resort, a little on the small side. Had the oceanfront plunge pool suite. The plunge pool was the highlight of the whole resort... a perfect setting for day or night views... the resort seemed a little rushed to be open... water would leak from the shower to the washroom. The entertainment team was very subpar to what im used to... interaction with them was very minimal... quite disappointing... the schedule was constantly changed and made it difficult to figure out what was going on for the day. The white party was good other than it ending an hour before it was supposed to. The shows and food were a 8 out of 10... stayed at mirage punta cana twice before here and the experience there was far beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend staying there instead of costa mujeres unfortunately.

Not what I expected!! Food was mediocre. No selection at all. Cafeteria food to make it more easier understand!! Pool bar was slow at serving after tipping well. Shower drain was clogged, fan made noise and couldn’t sleep with it on!! I paid for an ocean view and the room next to me I think was a storage unit or something because it smelled like paint in my room and I got a headache. I won’t ever stay there again!! Checked out early and they did honor my early checkout after calling Expedia multiple times after waiting 2 hours!! Overall my experience was not what I expected!! I would say being nice 3 out of 5 stars!!

Restaurants were not available as advertised on the week we were there due to Passover meals for hotel guests.
