It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Great staff. We had some language issues but they were very kind. The food was delicious and the room was clean too. We stayed for 5 days and planned all our tours through MTS. They were friendly and give offers as well and there was pick up and drop off service as well. overall, experience was excellent. It was worth it!!

The music at the adult pool bar needs to be looked into. Need more up beat, Spanish music. Staff is great and very friendly, the food is probably the best I’ve had at any resort in Cancun and the resort is very clean! Beach is not useable and there is a strong stench coming from the ocean due to heavy Sargassum. Overall, I would stay here again!
