Riu Macao was a perfect balance of fun and peace. Get a swim up since the pool closes WAY too early! Breakfast was okay, lunch not so good, and I recommend eating at the restaurants for dinner. We had Elite Club but found that most of the fun people were not in Elite Club and we barely used any of the extra benefits

The buffet is only open in the morning for breakfast. After that, you can only eat at the à la carte restaurants. But if you only brought swim shorts and clothes to wear in the pool and at the beach, they won’t let you into the restaurants for dinner. So you’ll have to either eat in your room or go to a sports bar and have a burger. The customer service is really bad, honestly. I explained my situation to them, that I didn’t bring any other type of clothing, but they still wouldn’t let me in. They told me to order food to my room instead.
