Ideally positioned in the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel is fairly basic, but clean and the beds are fine. A good buffet breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. I left a piece of clothing hanging in the wardrobe, not realising until I returned to the UK. I phoned reception and the staff were very helpful in organising its speedy return.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Very luxurious stay. Leo, the bartender is exceptional at knowing the perfect combination of liquors to create memorable sips. We were first assigned room 415, which had construction on the other side of our headboard that began at 7:30am. When I complained, Reception changed our room for better sleep. All the rooms are truly beautiful and unique.

Great location. Easy walk to the museums.
