"What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. "La cabine était tout à fait telle que décrite, très propre, confortable et privé, avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Quelques soirées très froides (fin mars), mais le poêle a bien joué son rôle. Le bois fourni en abondance était sec et brulait bien. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Suzanne et ses renseignements sur le site. Il y a de beaux sentiers à explorer. Un endroit que je considère louer à nouveau. Allez-y en toute confiance."

"Beautiful cabin in a quiet location on a lake. It has everything you need to make it a home away from home. My 6 year old son loved it, from the hot tub to the foosball table to the lake. Lots of small fish for a child learning to fish, and the water was nice and clean for swimming. At night there's a screen room with a beautiful view, and the dock is lit up if you want to sit by the water."

"My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary weekend. What a beautifully kept glamping experience. Waking up every morning to a sunrise and enjoying the sunset on the Ottawa River was quite the experience. Deanna and Leonard were incredibly accomodating and the property was very well kept and clean. Thank you for such a wonderful trip!"
