"I definitely loved the location and friendly staff, the suite was big and comfortable as well as clean. However, my only feedback is that the minibar looked a bit dated and it should have more snacks and drinks options. The bathtub definitely needs to have a sliding door or curtains, it is not comfortable to shower, the shampoo/soap options could be upgraded to a better quality. Overall my experience was great."

"Fantastic option in BA! It's in a very cool neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance. Comfortable beds, and decent amount of space in the rooms. The complementary laundry machines is a huge advantage that you usually wouldn't expect in a place like this. The service here was outstanding! Very responsive and helpful staff. I highly recommend!"

"We stayed 3 nights at Palo Santo and really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and well appointed. The a/c worked well and wasn’t noisy at all. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the pillows. The bath towels are big and soft. For breakfast, they offer several delicious and healthy items, so we ate there everyday.
