Large air-conditioned villa with swimming pool on the heights of Rayol Canadel

"What a fantastic stay! Fabulous house, great rooms and layout, all beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was amazing, with plenty of options to sit and enjoy the fabulous views in the sun or shade. Most of our time was spent by the pool, either in it or cooling off in the pool house - where we’d eat most evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we visit the area again this property with be the one we return to."

"Wir haben die tolle Lage des Hauses sehr genossen, den Blick aufs Meer und den kurzen Weg zum Privatstrand, aber auch zum größeren Strand und in den Ort konnte man gut laufen. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind sehr schön, das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Schlafzimmer teils klein und die Aufteilung der Bäder/WC's etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber küchentechnisch ist es gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nur oberflächlich geputzt, so fanden wir u.a. noch Unterwäsche von Vorbewohnern im Schrank, verschimmelte Lebensmittel , einer der Kühlschränke und ein Gefrierfach waren nicht geputzt worden, Tischplatten klebten.... Das hat unser Ankommen und Wohlfühlen doch beeinträchtigt. Die Eigentümerin hat uns nur an die Putzfirma verwiesen, die am nächsten Tag dann noch Kleinigkeiten verbesserte, aber das meiste hatten wir da natürlich schon selbst für uns sauber gemacht, um uns wohl zu fühlen, die Kosten für die Endreinigung waren nicht verhandelbar."

"The host were absolutely amazing. Even offering to leave dinner for us when our train was going to be coming in so late. The offer was so kind. They left snacks for us. They also were so knowledgeable about the area answering all my questions which was so helpful in navigating."

"L’hébergement est très bien situé avec une vue imprenable et magnifique sur la mer. Le parc de la résidence est très agréable, fleuri et très vert même en période estivale, propre et bien entretenu. Le logement en revanche manque d’espace et de rangement pour 4 personnes. Le bémol de l’appartement : aucune pression dans le pommeau de douche, juste un filet d’eau … dommage que ce soit une baignoire avec rideau et non une douche avec une paroi en verre, plus moderne. Le plus de l’appartement : la climatisation. Le contact avec les hôtes a été très bon et réactif."

"Magnifique séjour à Pramousquier : arrivée facile, appartement propre et avec tout l'équipement précisé (même un fond de roulement de cuisine qui est très appréciable). Terrasse extérieure vaste et bien équipée. Environnement très calme, plage et piscine faciles d'accès à pied, petite supérette toute proche qui dépanne bien. Très bon emplacement pour profiter de la région !"

"The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. Lovely people and absolutely picture perfect stay. My family rented a two bedroom villa, which was ideal for our kids to be steps away from breakfast, the beach and the restaurant. Laid back vibes and perfect swimming area for the kids. Located near the town of Le Lavandou, which was fun to visit in the afternoons. We plan to be back one day!"
