Great spot to get away from the city! Enjoy the sunset views from this newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, wineries, breweries, farms, Apple Hill orchards, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.

Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

Perfect basic 2 bed 2 bath

This was a perfect place for us 4 on a wine tour trip. The stairs could be an issue for some but not us. Has everything one could need except a BBQ. There is exactly enough silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, etc for 4, so we had to wash them at every meal just to use for the next. The upper bedroom floor has a horrific squeak making it impossible to be quiet in the wee hours but definitely managable if you are not a night sleeper. Clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Feels welcoming and private even though in a condo complex setting.

We had issues with the a/c units in the bedroom. They never stayed on and were leaking condensation from the units. Also the lights in the smaller bedroom never worked, the lamps would turn on mid click then turn off. Otherwise the stay was exactly what we needed.
