Lake Haven

Relaxing family time

Our family enjoyed the beautiful lake views from the deck and the amazing stars at night. Plenty to do in the area (fly fishing, atvs, hiking.

A truly wonderful experience

We had an incredible family vacation at the Lake Haven. The cabin has a perfect view, and is stocked with everything one could ask for. Its an ideal place for anyone wanting to spend a relaxing time on a mountain lake.

Gorgeous Lake front home

The property is exactly as it is described. Very private with a beautiful sloping lawn to the lake. Large home with plenty of space. Host is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Great for both summer and winter vacations.

Lake Haven

We had a wonderful time in this lovely and peaceful setting. We so enjoyed the morning on the porch in the rocking chair with our Bibles and coffee. The lake is great. Fun kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming. Beautiful views. The place was great!

Well, coming from North Carolina and not knowing what to expect it was far better than the pictures showed! I made a mistake w reservation and owner was awesome!! Great people, modern home and picture perfect views!! Will stay again next year!!!!

Nice cabin with SxS trail access

No complaints at all. Able to access atv trails from cabin. Plenty of space for 3 trailers and vehicles. Cabin was extremely nice and check in and out was painless. Great view of lake Francis. Loved our stay and looking forward to coming again.

Awesome house and location!!!!

House was very clean, had all the comforts of home. We couldn't have asked for a better snowmobile stay. If we were to have any issues,which we didn't, Leigh was only an email away and I'm sure it would have been addressed immediately. When we come back next season, this WILL be the place.

Our stay was beautiful, house was just as described online. Judy was very responsive and checked in during our stay. We felt very welcome. The space was clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Pittsburg. There was plenty of room for family lawn games. A spot to put kayaks in the lake.

A little slice of heaven !

Writing this review of such a remarkable rental , is simple. Its the best rental I've ever stayed at in New Hampshire. From the view , the layout of the property , the interior fixtures , communication with Judy and Lee, just the best. As avid fly fishermen , the location was perfect for our pursuit of fin with feather. Judy and Lee, thank you again , the pleasure and privilege of staying at your lovely home was all ours.

Wonderful slice of lake front heaven!!

This was a beautiful home, with ALL the special touches and conveniences that make you feel like you’ve come home. The beautiful big yard and long driveway is a child’s paradise, but the big comfy rockers on the front porch were the icing on the cake for the adults ( the view is breathtaking and the loons are just hauntingly lovely ). Easy access to the water - there’s a little sandy rock beach area full of perfect skipping stones! Communication was great - and “check-in” just easy peasy! Everyone had a grand time - thanks so much!!

Beautiful week in paradise

If you're looking for an amazing house with spectacular views in a quiet, peaceful setting......look no further. This is the place for you. The house was not only beautiful but comfortable. I got to experience Alexa for the first time. It was hysterical. Now I have to buy one for my house. Host was very quick to respond and offered to help with things before we even asked. Highly recommend getting breakfast at Full Send. The bananas foster french toast was amazing. Great trip, would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful area and the cabin is gorgeous. We had a mini vacation with the whole family. Our kids were able to rent atvs and had a blast. It was great to just walk down to the water and put the canoe and kayaks in. The house has everything you could possibly need. It was very quiet and peaceful. Love the porch with rocking chairs overlooking the lake. Sitting around a campfire was a great relaxing end to the day. The owners are very nice and easy to reach with any questions. They also have helpful recommendations. Good to be back again someday, next time with passports, to explore Canada which is so close. Highly recommend this cabin!

Had A Fantastic Stay At Lake Haven!

Five of us, (four adults and one child) spent the long 4th of July weekend at the Lake Haven, we had a great time! The cabin is clean and well kept with all modern amenities. The cabin is set nicely on a large parcel of land and the views are beautiful. Leigh the owner is very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything was great for our stay and was always available whenever I had a question. When I first booked the property with Leigh in January, I explained that we like to have campfires at night, but at the time there was no real means of doing so at the Lake Haven. Leigh went and purchased a brand new fire pit and chairs for the property. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the campfire at night, thank you Leigh! I would highly recommend the Lake Haven to anyone interested in spending time in The Great North Woods. We are already planning our trip back.
