"Me gustó la habitación en general.
Solo como recomendación podrían dejar un poco más de papel higiénico
Y una escoba y recogedor para poder limpiar el cuarto durante la estancia.
Fuera de eso todo super agradable.
Agradecimiento a hotel zued. Y su personal."

"Room was clean and tidy but was kind of dark due to black furniture. Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we liked the service. The amount we paid for one night stay is pricey for the quality of hotel in that small town."
"Amazing location you can walk to Chichén itza. Staff was extremely friendly. Would for sure recommend to anyone who need a place to stay near Chichén itza. "
"Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Chichén Itzá. We stayed two nights and weren’t expecting a lot, but it is a new, very nicely decorated resort type hotel with nice pools, gym and pretty grounds. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. It is a 10 minute drive to Chichen Itza so you beat the crowds. It is lovely to relax by the pool or on the balcony. "
"We've been traveling for 8 weeks, with 20 different locatiobs and hotels, and this is one of our favourites 😍
Quiet, great food, plenty of parking, 5 mins from.Chichen Itza. Lovely rooms, pool, great staff."
"This resort stay was amazing and genuinely beyond my expectations. The jungle atmosphere is the whole experience—peaceful, romantic, and nearly effortless from check-in to checkout. If you’re expecting a brand-new, ultra-modern “2025-built” 5-star resort, you’re missing the point of staying within about 1,000 feet of Chichén Itzá and being immersed in nature.
The entire site was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were nothing but welcoming—friendly and they sparked conversations in a natural way without ever being obtrusive. Service felt easy and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted.
The food was right in line with what we hoped for—solid 4–5 star quality. We stayed in a lodge with a single bed, and the air conditioning was more than adequate (honestly, it was set too cold when we arrived—nice problem to have).
No real need for an alarm clock if you sleep with the windows open—the natural sounds are the perfect wake-up call. We visited at the end of February and avoided crowds completely—only about 4–5 cars in the parking lot. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle of Cancun to truly unwind. I would return without a doubt, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic stay in a unique jungle setting near Chichén Itzá."
"Elegant and serene Mayan-inspired home featuring a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and hospitality from a highly communicative owner."
