Great staff, helped book me last minute airport water taxi! Gave great recommendations for the area as well. Clean and beautiful hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices.

what a wonderful hotel. Right on a small canal close to the water bus. It is a bit away from the really busy areas and had very good restaurants close by. They have a lovely bar where you can actually get a great martini or drink of your choice by American standards. The staff was great. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We loved it for our 3 day stay. Even the air conditioning was reasonable and some tv stations in english.
