Vill man bo nära lutande tornet är det väldigt nära. Dock kändes hotellet slitet, väldigt lyhört. Vi träffade inte någon personal förrän sista dagen då vi skulle betala. Frukosten som bestod av en croissant och kaffe serverades på en restaurang i huset bredvid.

Le logement est en effet très proche de la tour et de la cathédrale c’est top. Le logement correspond aux photos : plutôt vétuste. Le sol de la salle de bain était gras, la lunette des toilettes cassée, et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. (Je l’ai mentionné au propriétaire) Le propriétaire a été réactif via message, l’arrivée est assez simple, même si les autres locataires avaient pris nos clés. C’est pratique pour sa localisation.

距離比薩斜塔很近，樓下很多超市和餐廳可以吃東西（Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, there are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs where you can eat.） 房間沒有熱水，入住以後聯絡業主沒有辦法聯繫，雖然有廚房，但沒有辦法使用；讓我浪費很多食材😭 There is no hot water in the room, and there is no way to contact the owner after checking in. Although there is a kitchen, there is no way to use it; I wasted a lot of food😭

Worst Hotel Ever

Terrible experience. Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in and the lack of management and customer service was ridiculous. The television did not work. The breakfast (or lack of) is insane. Need to remove this hotel off your list or you are dealing with a definite future liability.

The location is perfect - a few steps away from tower and cathedral. The staff was very responsive via what’s app until we paid local tax and after that she stopped answering. The B&B is located 4 flights of stairs in the building, once we got there, to get to my room I had to climb a narrow spiral staircase with no hot water in the bathroom. My luggage did not fit through the staircase so I had to leave it at the main floor of the B&B. I called and messaged the owner and my questions never got answered. I even contacted via booking and nothing.

Prior to our arrival to the B&B we were not informed how to get check-in. Luckily we found a key in the front and then we began the climb up the stairs to the correct floor. No one was there to check us in or explain anything. Keys were left on the reception desk at which point we took not sure if they were for us. It wasn’t until almost 11 p.m. that the lady showed up to check us in. The pictures show a “buffet” breakfast. It was not. We were given a voucher for a pastry and coffee. The “quadruple” room consisted of a king bed and a pullout couch. You could literally feel every spring of the couch “mattress”. The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and it had no toilet paper. Had to go looking for some. Found it in the reception desk. Only enough hot water for 2 quick showers. The location is amazing so we stayed since it was just one night. Would not book for the price.

sin agua caliente para ducharse, el colchón viejo y muy sucio, pagué por una habitación superior con vistas a la ciudad y sólo tenia una pequeña ventana ( parecida a los baños) y que daba a unos aires acondicionados, el desayuno continental otra falsedad, se trata de un vale para un bar fuera de las estancias que sólo es para un café y un croissant y más caro que directamente en el bar, la tv no funcionaba y el mando roto. y la tasa turística en concreto debía pagarse en efectivo, desconozco el motivo. para acceder al alojamiento tienen un papel con un teléfono que se debe llamar, 3 veces sin atender y luego indican 5 minutos que fueron 25 y esperamos entre las llamadas y la espera unos 40 minutos. Sobre la habitación sin vistas justificaron que era si había disponible cuando lo tienen indicado en diferentes reservas y precios

The location was excellent, nice and close to the tower. However, if you drove, you will need to park and pay at a lot about 8 minutes away. You will also have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No one was there when we arrived, so it was challenging to navigate to the room. Our room, had terrible plumbing. Everytime you flushed, showered or washed your hands an awful loud noise would occur for about a minute. They charged my card immediately, even though i selected "reserve and pay at property" through expedia. I wanted to pay cash and they refused. The Tv in the room didnt work. On expedia, breakfast was included, but there was nothing. A common area with some jam out. I felt i overpaid for what i received and would not recommend this property. Very disappointing.

Mauvaise expérience

Hôtel vraiment décevant. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons juste trouvé une clé sur le bureau dans une pièce déserte. Le numéro de contact donné sur le site est en fait, l'ancien propriétaire du logement, qui ne veut rien savoir (même pas vous donner les coordonnées du nouveau propriétaire). Une dame s'est présentée à 22 heures pour collecter la taxe communale, en insinuant qu'elle avait tenté de me joindre, mais je n'ai reçu aucun appel (le numéro qu'elle m'a montré était bien le mien). Nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner. Sur les photos, l'on peut voir un buffet. Il n'en n'est rien, vous avez juste droit à un croissant et un café dans un bistrot plus bas dans la rue. Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. La TV ne fait pas 32" comme ils l'indiquent, mais pas plus de 15". Si vous venez pour vous reposer, oubliez. A 8 heures tapantes, nous avons été réveillés par les coups de marteau et la disqueuse. Sans parler du bruit horrible des tuyauteries dans la salle de bains à chaque fois que vous utilisez l'eau. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement (mais n'espérez pas avoir une vue sur la tour de Pise, vous aurez une vue sur une cour intérieure). Selon moi, cet établissement ne devrait pas se trouver sur Hotels.com

WORST HOTEL/B&B EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!! DON’T STAY AT THE B&B WINDOW TO THE TOWER IN PISA. No one to let you in. Then they see you in their reception camera and tell you with a Google translate app to leave until 2 pm. We arrived in Pisa at 11:30 and just wanted to leave our luggage in a safe place. They do NOT speak English at all when the description on Expedia says they do. They said with Google translate about 3 times “Leave now- you entered without authorization”. Just wanted to leave the luggage. Tried calling and they hung up on us three times. Seemed like more steps to get to the room than there were to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Only two towels in the quadruple room. No breakfast available like the the description on Expedia. They are running the B&B illegally by not getting our passport pictures and leaving a note to leave cash but the wrong amount! They are pocketing the tax money! Second queen bed is a pull out couch and the most uncomfortable bed my son has ever slept in (he only slept for 4 hours) no top sheet or blanket on the couch bed. Shower broken and extremely small. Left us with 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people! Hot room. Disgusting kitchen. There are more negative things to say but you get the idea. I’m getting my money back from Expedia. This place should NOT be on there website. Horrible experience.

객실과 안내데스크가 완전 다른 건물인 이제껏 경험해본 적 없는 호텔이라서 처음엔 당황했습니다. 처음부터 안내데스크쪽 주소도 같이 적어줬으면 좋았겠네요. 그외에 피사대성당 아주 가까이에 있다는 점이 좋았고 주변의 소음이 심하다는 것과 세면장을 옆방과 같이 써야 한다는 점이 불편했습니다.

Bonjour, La chambre proposé par B&B tower to the bridge ne correspond pas à la description qui est faite sur Hotel.com . Lors de la prise de la chambre la reception, une première mauvaise surprise, j'apprends que la chambre (90€/nuit) ne dispose pas de salle bain, mais d'une salle de bain sur le pallier partagé avec d'autre chambre! Après un longue discussion cette chambre étant la seule disponible, non remboursables, non échangeable. Je me suis résigné. Propreté de la chambre moyenne et absences d'eau chaude... L'hôtellier reporte la faute sur la description de la chambre et sont equipement à Hotel.com. J'invite l'équipe Hotel.com à prendre contact avec moi rapidement. Merci

Was difficult to find, as only had a small sign on door which is bang next to door to a beautiful restaurant as we later found out.

Très bon emplacement proche de la tour et du centre de historique. A noter que l’accueil du « BB Window to the tower » Dépend d’un hôtel situé un peu plus bas dans la rue. Seul bémol : Nous avions la chambre 2 et devions partager la salle de bain avec une autre chambre. Sinon rien à redire Pr le prix c’est très correct.

Ok, but I'd bet there is better

Room #4 has the bathroom sort of not attached to the room, it's just for room 4, and there's a door to seal the bathroom off from the common kitchen, but not well. And the kitchen smelled of cigarette smoke pretty strongly and it made our room smell. I would probably try someplace else next time. It wasn't awful, but I'm guessing we could do better. Check in was down the block at another hotel. AC worked which was great in the heat, room was very clean, wi-fi worked great. Location is right in the heart of Pisa couldn't be better. Parking in the designated lot worked OK, but it is a bit of a hike through town to get to the hotel.

POSIZIONE OTTIMA la nostra camera aveva il bagno esterno e ci divideva la porta della cucina (che no si chiudeva a chiave) pertanto non era riservata inoltre al mattino rumorosa per il fatto che preparavano ciò che serviva per la colazione ). Pulizia discreta ma bagno da rifare!
