This pension is run by a family. They were lovely and we felt part of the family when we left a week later. The owner cooks for you if you request it. By the way healthy meals, delicious, and well balanced. You can have breakfast as well if you let them know the day prior. I highly recommend this place situated in a quiet area where relaxation takes absolute center place

In the mornings we put the sign on the door asking for having the room cleaned, and when we returned to the room, they had already cleaned it. The staff were very friendly at all times. On the last day our departure flight was scheduled for midnight so we requested to stay in the room until 6:00pm since we had nowhere else to go until the flight back home. The reception staff and manager were so kind to us, and extended our check out time from 11:00 am to 6:00pm for a fee of $250. That made it so easy for us to spend the whole day at the resort, and be able to have our room available to us until it was time to take a taxi to the airport. It was very helpful to us. The room was spacious and had a beautiful ocean front view. We also loved the adorable cats and a cute little dog at the property. That made us feel at home. We will return and visit again one day. It was a blessing to be there.

We had a luxury cabana on the beach right in front of the lagoon. It was clean and well-maintained, restocked as needed. The view was unencumbered and you had privacy. There was champagne and fresh flowers waiting--which is as it should be for a high-priced room. The drinks were exceptional. The only thing I would improve would be more food options and lower prices for meals.

The resort is very well staffed with genuinely helpful people no matter where you find them. One of the best travel experiences I have had in years.
