We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for.

Etape d une nuit dans cet hotel, accueil charmant du propriétaire, tres bien situé, seul bemol le parking peu de place a l hotel, qques unes en face avec le disque pour 2h, sinon un payant a 5 euros la journee a cote des remontées. Petit dej bien, chambre egalement.

Zimowy tydzień narciarski 12.2019

Wspaniała włoska rodzina prowadząca hotel. Dbałość o wygodę gości i rozwiązywanie ewentualnych problemów jest na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel posiada wszystkie wygody niezbędne dla narciarzy : duża przechowalnia sprzętu, suszarki do butów narciarskich, sauna. Po dniu na stoku w dużym lobby z wygodnymi kanapami czeka gorąca herbata i grzane wino oraz ciasta z własnego wypieku. Kolacja o 19.30. Jest więc możliwość regeneracji albo spaceru po miasteczku. Odległość do kolejki linowej to 5 min w dwóch dowolnych kierunkach ale można przejść na drugą stronę ulicy i wsiadać na krzesełko do trasy FIS. Hotel ma umowę z Kolejami Linowymi i można dostać rabat 35% na SKI_Pass. Kuchnia w hotelu serwuje GENIALNE posiłki. Szczególnie kolacje są w eleganckiej atmosferze z obsługą kelnerską. Coś wspaniałego - dania lokalnej kuchni, przez cały tydzień nie powtarzały sie ANI RAZU. Wybór dań z menu przygotowanego codziennie. Tak więc rekomenduję wykupienie opcji śniadania+kolacje. W hotelu jest ciepło, czysto. Sprzątanie pokoju DWA razy dziennie: po śniadaniu i w trakcie kolacji. Parkowanie pod hotelem trudne ALE są wynajęte miejsca na parkingu miejskin PODZIEMNYM - gratis dla gości hotelu. Parking oddalony o 150 m od hotelu - SUPER rozwiązanie.

Nice hotel close to ski lifts and shops

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in ideal location just minutes walk from the chair lifts. Afternoon tea with cakes are served in the living room Good breakfast is provided. Parking space is limited (for about 10 vehicles) and first come first serve.

albergo pulito con i proprietari cordiali e disponibilissimi. buona la colazione a buffet; non male anche la cena. la doccia era un po' strettina ma nel complesso camera confortevole. non c'è abbastanza parcheggio per tutti ma i proprietari ci hanno fornito un pass gratuito per il parcheggio coperto poco distante dall'albergo vicino alla fermata dei bus.

Una fetta di paradiso

Veramente consigliato. Abbiamo scelto una camera Economy con cena inclusa visto il prezzo ottimo per la località, la posizione centrale dell'albergo e le nostre poche necessità. Non è tanto spaziosa, ma è pulitissima e ha tutto quello che serve comprese tante piccole coccole che fanno la differenza (dispenser di sapone e bagnoschiuma di qualità al posto di misere monodosi, cuscini e coperte di riserva, asciugamani morbidissimi, il cioccolatino sul cuscino, addirittura un minikit da cucito in bagno). Il menù della cena varia ogni giorno e prevede sempre almeno un piatto della tradizione assieme a piatti più creativi e alternative leggere. Molta attenzione verso le intolleranze. La cucina è delicata, curata, saporita senza eccessi e si sentono le materie prime di qualità. Il tutto è accompagnato da un ricco buffet di antipasti e verdure cotte e crude. Anche il vino è ottimo. La colazione è un buffet sterminato che mette d'accordo tutti, dal dolce al salato, dal goloso al salutista. Il servizio di sala è eccellente: efficienza, simpatia e professionalità. I proprietari Fausto e Cristina sono semplicemente meravigliosi. Fausto conosce tutti i sentieri e ci ha dato mille consigli utili per le escursioni, nonché il pass per i trasporti. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Cristina solo di sfuggita, ma è stata paziente e gentilissima a rispondere a tutti i nostri dubbi prima dell'arrivo. Decisamente un ambiente familiare, umano, che ti fa sentire a casa. L'ideale.

3-star Hotel with 5-star Service

Very well kept 3-star hotel. Excellent service that by far exceeds the 3-star rating. This includes not only the reception and the restaurant, there is even an evening turn-down service in the room. Excellent cleanliness. Great location in the center of Madonna di Campiglio only a few steps away from the ski lifts and the slopes.

Im Winter super Lage an Lift, im Sommer super Lage an MTB und Roadstrecke, leider auch an befahrener Straße, wobei wir Zimmer nach "hinten raus " hatten.Professionelle Radreparatur-und waschmöglichkeit.

E' un buon hotel. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, e l 'hotel offre dei servizi molto utili come pass per entrare nel parco e usufruire delle navette, parcheggio gratis vicino l hotel. Non abbiamo quasi usato per niente la macchina. La cucina è buona, con piatti tipici della zona. Ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo.

Schöne Lage, Lifte zu Fuß erreichbar

Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend für einen kurzen Ausflug in die Berge, Skilifte bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, direkt gegenüber ein Skiverleih (10% Nachlass für die Hotelgäste!). Gute Küche, wir hatten B&B, haben aber hin und wieder das Abendessen dazu gebucht, es war günstig und lecker (3/4-Gänge-Menü). Die Wirtin / der Wirt sind super freundlich, haben uns in jeder Situation geholfen (Anrufe beim Autoverleiher, Unterstützung bei der Schneeketten-Montage). Die Gäste überwiegend Italiener, in der Ortschaft sonst auch viele Urlauber aus Russland
