Pinot's Palette Sugar Land at Town Square

I chose this location because of the 8.4 star rating (very good) on Expedia. We normally will stay in one of the main chain hotels when visiting Humble. I asked for an accessible room on the 1st floor because of the stairs. One of the bathroom drains was full of a moldy material. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint and molded spots all over. The room phone was not plugged in nor did it have a cord. Therefore when I contacted the front desk I had to call from my cell phone. The room had no complimentary cups nor ice bucket. The bed was clean. I will not stay at this Regency Inn and Suites again. Maybe the other rooms are better but I wouldn't take a chance.

Very clean, spacious, and quiet.
