It is not modern and does not have great amenities, and it could use some new paint in places, but the stuff was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and it had a very impressive breakfast included. "If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in large part because the apartment was so fabulous. Sipping prosecco on the balcony while our kids enjoyed the private forest after a fun day at the beach? Literally the stuff of dreams. Book it! You won’t regret it. "
