「This property was perfect for myself and my family. We were visiting from Nevada and had family from Florida meet us there. It was exactly where I wanted location wise and just overall a perfect place. Orlando was prompt with communication and there were no issues. If we visit again I will definitely be checking for this place to be available.」

「This place looked good online, but in person it’s a disaster.Kitchen-no forks, no dish towels, no toaster, nohot pads, no wine glasses, no ice(empty ice trays in freezer), coffee maker smokes when plugged in, rusty stove. Bathrooms-no bath mats, no shower curtain liners, no soap, no hand towels, rusty trash cans, rusty sink,hole in wall behind door, possible mold under sink, electrical tape under shelf, bath towel in toilet upon arrival. No sheets for 2 futons. Vent in hallway floor crushed in....

Construction everywhere.. parking is on the backstreet.. I had no idea..I had to find that out myself.. said had a hot tub.. It...

「Fantastic, clean, and easily accessible. The only thing we didn't have access to that was listed was the garage parking. There is a huge driveway and it is a newer and nice neighborhood. We are a family of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The next family trip out that way, I'll be booking this property again!」

「Comfortable & clean little town house. Blocks from VSU. Property manager was easy to deal with & responds quickly. (4) Queen beds is a huge perk! Mattresses were very soft, but could do with better fitting sheets. There was a stale smell in the home, so maybe some plug ins or open the windows, occasionally between guests. Check out was a Breeze!」

「Charming, clean, comfortable! This home has been beautifully restored and combines nostalgia with modern conveniences. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, the A/C works very well, and the beds are comfortable. As an absolutely wonderful hostess, Rachel answers questions quickly, offers area dining recommendations, and is a delight with which to interact. This was our second stay here, and we hope to return next year. 」
