"We specifically enjoyed the pool access since we had a 1 year old with us who wasn't quite ready for the beach. The front porch was a nice gathering place, especially in the morning when you could open the sliders and hear the ocean. Easy walk to the boardwalk, so no driving required during our stay."

"It was a nice quiet location ..close enough to walk to town & boardwalk..... there were enough towels & linens for the week....nice backyard area & porch to sit outside.... the window treatments needed attention and some repair...the electrical parts of the one lamp in the main bedroom was broken but still plugged in ...(dangerous) but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again..."

"The condo is perfect for a small to medium sized family, very open and comfortable. Once you learn the lay of the land you’ll find beaches minutes away as well as the Rehoboth boardwalk area. You’re minutes from the outlets, restaurants and other attractions. The highway can get crowded however it’s not worth multiples of the cost to stay in a more downtown spot. The complex pool is the perfect spot keep kids busy - we’re looking forward to booking again!"

"The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice."

"The women in our family brought my mom there as for generations we have been going to Rehoboth. She is getting older and really wanted to go again. Of course we all grew up with Dolles and to stay in this fabulous location was a dream for us! The place is beautiful and the view is incredible! "At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...
