"there were no blankets and those given were quite gross. There is alot of unshelteted people in parking lot and walking by the hotel entrance - did not feel safe. We came here two years ago and its gotten worse. Will not return. Breakfast was terrible. Property condition is shabby and not very clean overall even though the rooms were clean. the cleaning staff and maid was very nice and was a standout."

Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. If people are having a conversation in the hallway, you're in on it too. -Gym equipment is ancient. The treadmill is worse than walking on the pavement. -No ice machine upstairs anymore -Cigarette butts all over the ground outside the side entrance."
