The hotel needs a bit of attention. The cleaning standards was low imo and it also needs maintenance specifically around the lift areas and corridors. The room was ok, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. The ac is probably on its last breath. The toilet was ok but there was no hot water. I could have told the reception but I did not want to move as we had a lot of unpacked luggage.

I stay here over and over again due to convenience and comfort ability. Staff are always friendly never had any issue. I like the fact that they even recognizes me. few things tho maybe the property do need some touches but other than that everything is always great!
