Best hotel in this area

We have stayed here about 7 times. The staff is very accommodating and the security is tight. Lovely outdoor pool area but it’s not heated. Housekeeping does a great job. Good restaurant, room service and bar. Take the free bikes for a ride around the golf course. Lots of birds including owls can be seen at any time of day.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas, la vista del hotel espectacular. Sin embargo me parece que el servicio del personal no estuvo muy bueno. Varias noches llamando al lobby un buen tiempo y nunca contestaron. No había nadie en la recepción. Dormimos sin aire 2 noches porque nadie nos pudo contestar. Por otro lado el concierge Franklin, muy amable y nos ayudó a solucionar muchas cosas. Mejoraría la atención de la recepción.

la verdad que dejaron mucho que desear , alquile por un día, me desperté desayune y cuando me tenia que bañar para irme , no había agua caliente me tuvieron 3 horas dando vuelta , para al final decirme que todo el hotel no tenia agua , cuando voy a pagar me querian cobrar otro precio y encima no tenia cambio en dolares cuando la publicacion te dice que se puede pagar en dolares

Todo impecablemente limpio. Las camas dobles resultaron pequeñas para dos adultos. Una contra que me hace no volver es que no incluye desayuno. El playroom bastante bien.
