"The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia. Always going the extra mile to help and make things convenient. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety to choose from. They even had chicken sausage for those who don’t eat pork. Megan, our guide...

"The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent.
