My family loves this place. This year was our fifth time visiting and we love staying at the Banyan Harbor. This place is so clean, laundry is convenient. AC in every room. Love this place, 💯 recommended 👌

I want to inquire about a refund for my reservation. My original arrival date was June 17; however, my flight was delayed, and I was unable to arrive or check in that night. As a result, I did not stay at the hotel on June 17 and only stayed for one night afterward.
Would it be possible to receive a refund or credit for the night I was unable to use due to the flight delay? I would greatly appreciate your consideration.
