Staff were absolutely helpful, kind and friendly.
Room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable.
Only downfall was shower area was narrow, no disabled handrails and tiles were a bit slippery.
Small damages in room:
1. Dent in wall above landline phone.
2. Cracked tile in bathroom below light switch and vanity bench.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Great selection of restaurants. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely room. Nice and quiet. I might request a room nearer the lifts next time, if that is possible. My bad hip didn't enjoy the long walk 😁
