Location, accommodations, and communication. Simple but comfortable. A basic facilities, and nice AC, elevator, and luggage storage.

Our group of three made it though challenging to find initially as located halfway down an alley. But once found the check in was easy and friendly. The room size was ok and great air conditioning. The only down side was the wifi which never came up during our 2 day stay. The elevator did go out but came back on just before check out. Friendly staff was another positive.

Wonderful location, near Duomo. We had two rooms- both well appointed.staff was kind and helpful- made dinner reservations for us.

Excellent Location, friendly staff and good standard room

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet by the way!!
